Role & Responsibilities
- Own David's Amazon channel including strategy, revenue performance, and day-to-day execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Amazon’s merchant accountant teams and David’s direct agency partners
- Maintain and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across various products
- Identify and pursue channel growth opportunities including emerging Amazon programs and formats
- Lead strategy and execution for major promotional events like Prime Day and seasonal sales
Operations & Account Health
- Collaborate with agency partners to manage Seller Central day-to-day operations
- Support account health matters including product safety investigations, regulatory submissions, and brand registry actions
- Manage Amazon merchandising strategy to protect buy box health and brand integrity
- Work with supply chain and fulfillment teams on inventory decisions and fulfillment strategy
- Own Subscribe & Save strategy including subscriber growth and retention levers
Mercandising & Conversion Optimization
- Partner with David’s creative team and agency partners to improve product pages, A+ content, and other customer-facing experiences
- Develop and execute testing plans to improve conversion rate, discoverability, and customer engagement
- Identify opportunities across keyword optimization, backend attribute updates, and catalog merchandising
- Manage new product launches end-to-end, from listing build to pre-launch inventory readiness
Analytics & Reporting
- Build David’s Amazon channel revenue forecasts as a primary input to broader ecommerce revenue planning
- Conduct LTV and cohort analyses to inform acquisition, retention, and subscription strategy
- Set and maintain performance thresholds including ROAS, TACoS, CAC, and retention targets
- Build and maintain reporting that tracks Amazon performance and key business metrics
- Translate performance data and category intelligence into recommendations that drive channel strategy
