Responsibilities
- Own merchandise presentation on site, responsible for product categorization, in season management of merchandising presentation, merchandising assortment optimization, and end of season product transitions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for eCommerce customer service, answering, managing and responding to phone inquiries during Guggenheim business hours
- Collaborate closely with the in-store team and the customer prints team to address order-related questions
- Ensure all customer service inquiries are resolved promptly while upholding the highest standards of service excellence
- Tracks sales, analyzes reports, discusses information with the purchasing team in a timely fashion and makes basic re-order recommendations
- Work with the purchasing team by preparing recommendations for next season's assortments based on analysis of selling history and coming season's sales plans
- Manages online assortments ensuring best quality of contents for the online catalogue
- Maintains website to ensure product availability and appropriate merchandising
- Identifies and leverages information to inform, educate, and influence customer buying decisions
- Participate in the development of a site content calendar
- Manage and work with the partner on eblast content, strategy, and online curation
- Coordinate ecommerce merchandising requirements for marketing campaigns
- Manage creation, placement and optimization of site merchandising (including promotions, landing pages, banners)
- Utilize customer feedback sources to make informed, customer-centric decisions
Qualifications
- Proven analytical and numerical aptitude
- Partner with purchasing team to maintain solid understanding of brand priorities and ever-changing product assortment to deliver appropriate representation on-site
- Weekly Reporting – analyze the business to drive sales and conversion through merchandising
- Create new campaigns and ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Experience in leveraging business insights and analytics to make decisions (investments, sales, click-path, traffic, AOV, conversion, A/B testing)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, design or related with at least 3 years experience in a site merchandising role in an online / ecommerce environment
- Experience with SEO, UX and A/B test preferred
- 3+ years of online merchandising experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment, including experience with both buying and planning site merchandising
Pay
$18.50/hr
