E-Commerce Lead

Main Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests entering your area or department.
• Assist with the training, scheduling, and performance management of e-commerce team members.
• Ensure product meets guest demand in an effective and controlled manner.
• Select the highest quality product offerings to meet and exceed company expectations of providing Ultimate Service.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting e-commerce team members.
• Supervise and ensure proper order selection and processes are followed to maximize efficiencies.
• Monitor product movement and notify the Grocery team when adjustments in ordering are needed.
• Aid in workload management, monitoring out-of-stocks, and checking product substitutions.
• Help set and notify team members of daily operational goals to gain team buy-in.
• Designate and assign trainers as necessary.
• Greet and speak politely with every guest on premises.
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Team player and ability to get along with others.
• Acceptable performance and work habits.

Qualifications

• Physical abilities to perform all aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking.

Skills
