Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and communicate product backlog needs for Selection Tools and eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure efficient and responsible allocation of available development resources.
- Balance short-term fixes with long-term strategic improvements.
- Work closely with other members of the Communication & Digital Marketing team to create a cohesive and market-leading digital customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
- Liaise with Software Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of how Dodge's customers create value in their businesses.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the eCommerce & Configuration portfolio to better assist customers in achieving their goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Understanding of customer requirements gathering techniques to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent project management skills to develop project plans, and ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and their functionality.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Possess a growth mindset with a willingness to learn, move fast, and embrace mistakes.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of sitting at a workstation.
- Speaking in person and over the telephone or Teams online and the ability to hear, comprehend, and document detailed information from others.
- Able to type, reach and grasp.
- Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment.
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods over the phone and in person.
