Echocardiography Technologist (Per-Diem)

Responsibilities
- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo tests, including exercise and pharmacological procedures.
- Capture and analyze digital cardiac images, recognizing pathology and adjusting exams as needed.
- Respond to urgent cases and communicate critical findings to physicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology preferred.
- Minimum one year of echocardiogram experience; two years preferred.
- Completion of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program and valid RDCS or RCCS license.
- Registry eligible per ARDMS or CCI standards.
- Current BLS certification from an approved provider.
Qualifications
