Echocardiograph Technologist - Per Diem

About the role

The Echocardiogram Technologist performs echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, stress portions of nuclear testing, treadmill stress tests, and administers holter and event monitors in a patient care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms
• Conduct stress portions of nuclear testing
• Administer treadmill stress tests
• Apply and monitor holter and event monitors

Requirements

• National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• 2 years of experience in ambulatory or acute cardiac setting

Pay

Pay range: $48.79 - $75.74 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Location: St Joseph Heritage-Cardiology-Val Mesa Bldg, Fullerton, CA (on-site).
