Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of Product Support operations for multiple branches in the East Region, focusing on equipment service and parts.
  • Lead the regional organization, fostering a team environment centered around employees and customers.
  • Implement strategies for each branch location to expand market share and customer base.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, customer satisfaction, support, and resources at each assigned branch.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts leadership, Rental Stores, and Caterpillar representatives to align and deliver company goals for profit, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations through service, parts, sales, and dealership business processes.
  • Oversee growth and profitability of branch facilities in the Nashville Region.
  • Develop management talent and succession planning.
  • Manage budget and business planning, fleet planning, deployment, utilization, and end-of-service disposal.
  • Coordinate staffing, training needs assessment, and employee skills development.
  • Ensure safety leadership and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of management-level equipment service experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success in service operations, parts distribution, and familiarity with sales functions.
  • Multi-location management experience preferred.
  • High level of financial acumen and profit & loss responsibility.
  • Proven ability to develop subordinates for higher levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to work effectively across all levels and departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field (or relevant experience) preferred; High School diploma required.
  • Ability to manage and function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Moderate travel required, generally within the region and dealership territory.

This position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and reports to the Product Support Sales Manager.
