Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early education to children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Build warm and trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain accurate observations and learning journeys.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, BTEC or equivalent).
• Solid hands-on experience within an EYFS setting.
• A warm, nurturing and professional approach.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine team player.
• A good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
• Paediatric First Aid (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

Benefits

• Salary £31,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
• A £1,000 bonus on successful completion of probation.
