My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so, of course, your training begins within these areas.
Responsibilities
- Teach “Mommy and Me” classes for babies/toddlers and their parents
- Teach physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids
- Learn: Our back-end systems
- Administration
- Sales
- Training, etc.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where like-minded individuals will thrive and advance!
Qualifications
- Education or backgrounds in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, etc. are taken into consideration when determining salary.
- Eligible for 401k after 1 year of employment.
All candidates must be available weekends, as we are open 7 days a week.
Pay
Salary is competitive, with the ability to progress quickly.
