Preschool Gymnastics Instructor / Early Childhood Coach

About the role

The Little Gym is looking for an energetic, dependable, and engaging instructor to teach preschool-aged classes. We seek someone who genuinely loves working with young children and can bring big energy, patience, and positivity to every class. Our PreK students learn through movement, imagination, structure, and fun, so the right candidate should be playful, confident leading a group, and comfortable being a little silly.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assist in preschool-aged classes
• Help create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment
• Support children in building listening skills, confidence, coordination, and independence
• Work as part of a team that brings serious fun to every class

Requirements

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Background in dance, gymnastics, wrestling, cheer, sports, athletics, or movement-based training preferred, but not required
• Comfortable leading groups of preschoolers in a high-energy setting
• Warm, patient, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to follow curriculum while bringing personality and enthusiasm to class
• Available for an immediate start
• Consistent Saturday availability (every Saturday)

Schedule

This role is available for part-time and/or full-time positions. Example shifts include:

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM–8:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM (required) plus flexible 1:00 PM–close
• Sunday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM

Some nights will be longer, and weekends may extend depending on birthday parties.
