About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching classes, providing excellent customer service, and fostering a positive environment for both children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Party like a Rockstar and hang with kids while their parents get adult time
• Be a goofball and give high 5’s
• Live to serve and make others feel good
• Build lasting relationships with children and their families
• Engage in fun activities while maintaining professionalism
• Encourage children to develop confidence and skills
• Enjoy a fun and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
• Loved by both kids and parents
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates
• Capable of balancing fun with work responsibilities

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and adults
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and techniques
