The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. Our programs are designed to nurture happy, confident children through movement-based learning and imaginative play.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Party like a Rockstar and hang with kids while their parents enjoy adult time
• Be a goofball, give high fives, and love interacting with children
• Make others feel good by serving them
• Build positive relationships with both kids and their parents
• Engage in fun activities while maintaining professionalism
• Help children gain confidence and develop skills
• Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment
• Train and grow professionally within a passionate team

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and loving to give high fives
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
• Ability to make others feel good and serve them
