About the role

The COOP Careers Fellowship in data analytics or digital marketing is designed for recent college graduates who have earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years or will graduate by August 12, 2026. It aims to equip you with the skills and connections needed to land your first (or next) great job in the tech industry.

Requirements

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years or will graduate by August 12, 2026
• Live within a two-hour commute of Chicago
• Unemployed or underemployed (in a role that doesn’t require a bachelor’s degree)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or with employment authorization)
• At least 21 years old by August 12, 2026
• Commit to the program schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 6:30–9:30 PM

Qualifications

• Identify with at least one of the following:
• First-generation college graduate (you or a sibling are the first in your immediate family to earn a bachelor’s degree in the U.S.)
• Financial aid recipient (you received Pell Grants or state need-based aid during college)
