Early-Career Leadership Rotation Program
About the role
The Emerging Leader Program – General Manager Fellow is a 12-month leadership development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for future General Manager roles within West Shore Home.
Responsibilities
- Complete three structured rotations across Sales, Operations, and Corporate to develop end-to-end business acumen and revenue accountability.
- Successfully graduate Sales Training, execute sales appointments, and shadow Branch Leaders to understand frontline leadership and KPI performance.
- Engage with FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations to understand corporate support functions and financial decision-making.
- Lead a final capstone project presenting business recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership at the conclusion of the program.
Requirements
- MBA or other business-related Master’s degree preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of post-graduate work experience will be considered in lieu of MBA.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned Region during duration of the program.
- Relocation is a required component of this program.
- Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to any West Shore Home branch location upon graduation from the program.
- Strong leadership aptitude with demonstrated ability to influence, solve problems, and drive measurable results.
