Early Career Accelerator for Recent Grads

About the role

The COOP Careers Fellowship in data analytics or digital marketing is designed for recent college graduates who have earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years or will graduate by August 12, 2026. It provides hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, and a professional network to help participants secure their first (or next) great job.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training in data analytics or digital marketing
• Industry-recognized certifications in data analytics or digital marketing
• Access to a powerful professional network

Requirements

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years or will graduate by August 12, 2026
• Live within a two-hour commute of Los Angeles
• Unemployed or underemployed (in a role that doesn’t require a bachelor’s degree)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or with employment authorization)
• At least 21 years old by August 12, 2026
• Commit to the program schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 6:30–9:30 PM

Qualifications

• Identify with at least one of the following:
• First-generation college graduate (you or a sibling are the first in your immediate family to earn a bachelor’s degree in the U.S.)
• Financial aid recipient (you received Pell Grants or state need-based aid during college)
