About the Role

Purple Penguin AI is seeking an entrepreneurial President & EOS Integrator to lead and grow an AI-first marketing company within Lighthouse Vision, a Christ-centered family of businesses. This executive will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic growth, champion the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), and build a high-performing team dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the age of AI. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily operations of Purple Penguin AI.
• Champion EOS and ensure execution of the company's vision, priorities, and goals.
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and sales organization.
• Develop scalable systems, processes, and operational excellence.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and organizational accountability.
• Guide the company's AI strategy and continually evaluate emerging technologies.
• Foster a culture rooted in faith, integrity, servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while building long-term relationships.
• Represent Purple Penguin AI and Lighthouse Vision with professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive, business, or operational leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams and growing organizations.
• Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Understanding of digital marketing, artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with or a willingness to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• A servant leader with high integrity whose personal values align with our Christ-centered culture.

Pay

Purple Penguin AI offers a competitive executive compensation package that includes a small initial base salary, performance incentives, and opportunities to share in the company's long-term growth and success. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
