As we continue to expand our digital presence and online sales capabilities, we are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy, enhance customer experience, and help drive the continued growth and success of our digital business. Position Summary The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's online sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer experience. This position oversees the company's e-commerce platforms, digital product catalog, online merchandising, marketplace relationships, website performance, and digital marketing initiatives. The E-Commerce Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Operations, and Product Management to optimize online sales channels and improve overall digital commerce performance. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop & execute company's e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability.Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce, ensuring accuracy of product information, pricing, inventory, and promotional content.Oversee online marketplaces and digital sales platforms.Optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and digital content to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.Analyze customer purchasing trends to recommend strategies to improve sales performance.Collaborate with IT to ensure website functionality, security, system integrations, and continuous improvements.Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Develop and manage the e-commerce budget and recommend investments that support business growth.Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, pricing, and emerging technologies.Maintain compliance with company policies, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for executive leadership.Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience Five (5) or more years of experience managing e-commerce operations.Experience in manufacturing or business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred.Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Sellercloud, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar platforms preferred.Experience with ERP integration and inventory management systems is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital commerce strategies.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, digital advertising, and online merchandising.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Ability to analyze data and make business recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.Occasionally lift to 25 pounds.Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or customer visits. Working Conditions Office environment with frequent computer use.Occasional travel may be required.Standard business hours with additional hours as needed to meet business objectives.
