About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 environments, working directly with business users, resolving system issues, and assisting with enhancements and integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
This is a competitive contract opportunity with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, user-reported incidents, and application errors.
- Analyze support tickets and provide timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
- Support system integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and validation of enhancements, updates, and patches.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
- Partner with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure platform stability and usability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Sales, Customer Service, or related modules.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 administration, security, workflows, and configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting application, data, and integration issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing/project management tools.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level CRM implementations.
