Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

A leading global organisation specialising in the manufacture and supply of high-quality specialist products and technical solutions to professional and industrial customers worldwide is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email providing a professional and helpful service.
• Process customer orders, credits and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with relevant teams to ensure orders and services are completed on time.
• Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments.
• Resolve customer issues and queries, escalating to the appropriate departments when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers, franchisees, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) – essential.
• Experience in a customer service or an administration role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships.
• Organised, confident with the ability to prioritise.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office.

Location: Kettering
Salary: up to £31,000 per annum plus benefits
