Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual)

About the role

The Customer Service Advisor serves as the initial and final point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services. Training is provided to develop product knowledge, communication skills, and confidence, enabling you to effectively assist guests and become an expert in company offerings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to suggest services based on inspections and manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer interactions.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and working in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Read and understand training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Mobility to work with hands above head, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
• Ability to review digital and written materials.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
