Role Overview As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services using product knowledge. Our comprehensive training prepares you to communicate effectively, gain expertise in products and services, and excel in customer interactions.
