Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer cases via phone and email in both English and French
- Listen attentively, identify customer needs, and demonstrate clear understanding and empathy
- Choose the most appropriate resolution path for each case and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain composure and professionalism at all times
- Accurately record, update, and document customer cases in the designated tools
- Represent the company with a positive, customer-first attitude
Required Profile
- Strong schedule flexibility; availability to work 44 hours per week on a rotating shift basis
- Minimum of a high school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)
- Excellent command of both English and French (C1 level in English required; strong spoken/written French)
- Proven experience in customer service or commercial roles, ideally in a call center environment
- Experience in customer satisfaction–focused projects is a strong plus
- Interest or familiarity with wellness, mindfulness, or meditation is appreciated
