Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away
• Help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team

Other physical qualifications include, but are not limited to: walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
• Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification – required or willingness to obtain
