As our next Hotel Maintenance Manager, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas remain fully operational to guarantee guest comfort, safety, and a secure working environment for all associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas remain fully operational to guarantee guest comfort, safety, and a secure working environment for all associates
• Utilize technical expertise and analytical skills to diagnose issues and execute efficient, high-quality repairs
• Implement and oversee routine preventive maintenance programs for facilities and grounds
• Address guest inquiries and maintenance requests promptly, professionally, and to complete satisfaction
• Execute additional facility management tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum background as a Maintenance Technician within a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or equivalent environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Qualifications

• Proven ability to thrive under pressure as part of a collaborative team
• Foundational expertise across major trades, including carpentry, painting, and electrical systems
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Acute visual observation abilities and the physical capacity to lift up to 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs

Pay

Salary Range: $75,000‑$85,000 annually (offered salary determined by role, level, and location; final offer based on candidate's specific experience and geographic work location)
