Maintenance Position - 2nd shift - Twin Town
About the role
This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Ideal candidates would have training in hydraulics, basic electrical, and pneumatic systems, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Fix equipment fast to reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot machine problems using electrical testers, blueprints and schematics
- Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Self-directed completion of Maintenance requisitions
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep production smooth
- Support a safe, high-performance environment
Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience
- Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical - formal training
- Reliability, safety focus, and a strong work ethic
- Special boilers license at a minimum
- Must pass a Comprehensive Maintenance Aptitude Test with a passing score of 75% or better
Pay
$32.44/hr
