DTC Growth Strategist

Strategy & Forecasting

• Build and maintain growth forecasts in Statlas.
• Align forecasts with marketing calendars, launches, and contribution margin goals.
• Translate forecasts into daily/weekly pacing to ensure spend and performance remain within targets.

Media Execution

• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, while overseeing the management of Google and YouTube (with expansion to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Lead creative diversification and media testing to profitably scale accounts.
• Design and interpret incrementality tests (geo holdouts, conversion lift) and integrate results into iROAS modeling.
• Troubleshoot campaigns quickly and pivot strategies when needed.

Client Communication & Storytelling

• Serve as the primary growth partner for your accounts.
• Communicate forecasts, results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
• Lead weekly updates, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.

Collaboration & Contribution

• Contribute your learnings back into CTC's shared processes and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert, helping advance CTC's Growth Engineer framework.

Pay & Benefits

SALARY RANGE $120K - $150K base salary, annually

Bonus Structure | $30K-$50K bonus tiers
