DSCA II Course Instructor

Responsibilities
- Provide platform instruction and facilitated discussion for live, virtual, and constructive training events.
- Assist military and government Service personnel in planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of training programs.
- Support individual and collective training programs designed to prepare leaders, units, and staff for mission execution.
- Develop and deliver training that meets or exceeds NORTHCOM standards.
- Create learning objectives and adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Utilize training materials, resources, media, and technology to foster learner engagement.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with DSCA operations at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level.
- 2+ years of experience in military classroom instruction.
- Experience serving as a DSCA Instructor.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma or GED.
- ARNORTH instructor Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Joint Headquarters environment.
- Knowledge of US Army Transformation Initiative.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred); Master’s degree (a plus).
- DSCA level I and II Certification.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on the position's requirements:
- Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
- Onsite: Primary work location at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration required.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
