About The Role
The Drafter is responsible for creating detailed shop drawings and production tickets for custom concrete products using Revit (BIM). This role ensures all drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications to support efficient manufacturing. The position collaborates closely with engineering, sales, production, and quality teams to ensure product requirements are met.

- A detail-oriented drafter with strong technical skills in Revit and a passion for producing accurate, high-quality drawings.

- Hightly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering work that supports efficient and precise production outcomes.
- An associate's degree in drafting, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Autodesk products including AutoCAD, Revit (required), and Rhino.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in concrete or construction-related industry preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in drafting, design, or a related field.
