Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of professional Revit experience
Minimum 2–3 years of AutoCAD experience (for collaboration and legacy projects)
Proficient with general office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred but not required: o SketchUp (3D modeling) o Chief Architect drafting software

Translate architectural design concepts into technical drawings
Create: o Floor plans o Elevations o Building sections o Construction details
Assist with layout and organization of construction document sets for review and permitting

Prepare presentation documents to support internal reviews and client meetings
Quickly sketch and model design concepts and alternatives
Efficiently draft multiple design options when requested
Apply critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills to develop creative, buildable design outcomes
Demonstrate an understanding of building construction, drafting tools, and building techniques
Maintain a general understanding of comprehensive
