DR Shift MGR Cashiering

Essential Job Functions

• Manages cage cashiers, assisting with guest interactions and transactions as needed.
• Operates and settles banks within the department.
• Responds to guest issues, concerns, and complaints courteously.
• Maintains confidentiality of guests' records and transactions.
• Writes and submits shift and other reports required to document shift activity.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory controls, including state and federal laws and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Hires, trains, and manages staff in accordance with organizational and departmental standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of related money handling and supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate staff through a teamwork approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
