Cashier Cage Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Directs the cashiering area to safeguard company assets.
• Interacts with Guests, Collections, Cashier and Regulatory Compliance Departments, and Casino Hosts, and Total Rewards personnel.
• Manages and directs day-to-day operations of Cage.
• Guides and instructs Cage Team Members in proper duties.
• Plans, develops, and implements revised procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manages cashiering variance policy and disciplinary measures.
• Ensures efficient labor utilization based on business needs.
• Integrates customer satisfaction strategy through anticipating customer needs and service offerings.
• Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Oversees and/or personally gathers information for casino check cashing accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General business and accounting knowledge, with broad knowledge of casino, slot and table games, rules, regulations, procedures, and administration preferred.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills required.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making competencies.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Aged 21 or older.
• Able to obtain a required Key Gaming License.
