DOT Shuttle Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
• Assist with daily activities at assigned locations.
• Perform management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Maintain and repair equipment as directed.
• Report accidents, violations, and other issues promptly.
• Participate in cleanup activities as needed.
• Substitute for other positions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work shifts as required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

• Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
