Responsibilities
- Aid in managing shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Assist with day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
- Perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Maintain and repair equipment as directed.
- Report accidents, violations, and unusual occurrences.
- Handle cleanup duties such as debris, water, and oil spills.
- Substitute for other positions as needed.
- Show thorough knowledge of shuttle operation details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with minimal related experience or training.
- Prior supervisory experience with DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
- Valid CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
- DOT Medical Card required.
- Availability to work shifts as required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
