This individual has a natural ability to meet and greet others and help put them at ease. This person understands they are the first impression of the property and is an ambassador for our brand. Their primary responsibility is opening doors and greeting guests in a warm and engaging manner, but they also contribute to security measures for the entrance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
- Remain knowledgeable of local events and the locations of popular venues
- Respond to inquiries with accurate information
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity to supervisor
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Approachable and personable personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods at a time
- Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
