Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
• A high level of organizational skills
• Familiarity with TMS applications
• Experience with financial applications such as Workday

Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics and order tracking for ETA requests for store supply shipments to ensure stores and DCs remain stocked with essential operating materials.
• Manage and maintain an accurate release schedule for all transportation runs to ensure seamless pickups and deliveries.
• Utilize GPS systems to monitor freight movement and provide real time status updates for DC scheduling.
• Track and review weekly metrics to ensure KPI goals are being achieved.
• Maintain the relationship with carriers and vendors concerning freight payments.
• Monitor and manage carriers’ open AR reports to ensure all invoices are accurately submitted for payment. Escalate to direct manager any concerns.

Education

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business field is preferred.

Experience

• Candidates should have hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Have a high level of organizational and communicative skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
