Logistics Coordinator

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing logistics company seeking a Logistics Coordinator who is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You will be the go-to for shipment tracking and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipment movements from start to finish
• Maintain accurate and detailed shipment records and notes
• Communicate delays or issues quickly to internal teams
• Collaborate with field offices, agents, and carrier networks
• Step in to resolve service disruptions with urgency
• Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners

Requirements

• Required prior experience in logistics including Dispatcher, Domestic Coordinator, Logistics Clerk, Track and Trace, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable navigating shipment tracking systems and technology

Key Details

Compensation: $21-22 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and technology is also beneficial.
