At Kirby Risk Electrical Supply, Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in helping customers get the products and solutions they need—on time, every time. You’ll join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service—exceeding expectations and honoring every commitment.
- Partner with outside sales to support customers and strengthen relationships.
- Cookware and Inventory Management.
- Support corporate marketing efforts such as product launches and training events.
- Engage in a variety of responsibilities, with a strong focus on warehouse operations and delivery driving including:
- Counter and Inside Sales
- Warehousing and Inventory Management
- Driving and Deliveries
- Vendor and Customer Communications
- Order Entry and Product Support
Requirements
- College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Quick learner who’s eager to grow and apply new knowledge
- Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments
- Forklift experience a plus
What to Expect
- Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm, with overtime as needed
