Document Management and Archiving Support Analyst

About the role
The Associate Technical Analyst is responsible for the operational support, maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of enterprise content management and information governance applications. This role supports critical business and clinical systems, including document imaging, records management, workflow automation, patient safety reporting, and healthcare integration platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and application support teams, the analyst helps ensure system stability, performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Under the guidance of senior team members, the Associate Technical Analyst provides day-to-day support for applications such as Sovera, Datacap, RLDatix (RL6), Corepoint, and related technologies. This role also supports enterprise application archiving and information lifecycle management efforts by assisting with the migration and retention of documents and records from legacy applications into the organization's strategic document management platform, Sovera.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to assist in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of deliverables such as business vision, requirements, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology development projects, contributing to various stages of the technology delivery lifecycle.
- Support various aspects of requirements testing (e.g., testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects and complete analysis of results tying back to customer impacts.
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management, including assisting with or conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing accurate and concise documentation.
- Support system upgrades and implementations, participate in testing and validation activities, and maintain technical documentation.
- Support integrations and data workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with data validation, document and metadata mapping, testing, and ensuring compliance with retention requirements to support application decommissioning and preservation of critical business and clinical information.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Information Systems or Technology.
- Basic analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Schedule

Pay
Base pay range: $58,100.00 - $90,000.00. Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. Geographic differential may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
