About the role
We are seeking a Document Control Program Analyst to support our Document Control Unit. The ideal candidate will act as a central coordination hub, ensuring operational readiness through rigorous documentation management, workflow optimization, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal hub for communication routing, meeting preparation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Organize and maintain internal SharePoint sites, document repositories, and version-controlled templates.
- Maintain performance dashboards, track project metrics/KPIs, and prepare data-driven progress updates for leadership.
- Develop Visio process maps, SOPs, and desk manuals to enhance workflow clarity and efficiency.
- Support audit readiness, maintain risk registers, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and Visio. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
- Capabilities: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience: Previous experience supporting projects involving enterprise document management systems or data solutions.
