Document Control Analyst

About the role

Join the infrastructure group in the Northeast market at EXP, a multidisciplinary firm of approximately 5,000 professionals across North America. EXP is currently expanding its transit, rail control systems, structural, roadway, and tunneling practices.

Responsibilities

• Celebrates the electronic, printing, and/or distribution process for engineering drawings and documents.
• Performs basic system maintenance and access requests.
• Maintains a computer database of all filed documentation ensuring fast retrieval of documents.
• Organizes and sets up new projects with approved directories and appropriate security levels.
• Collaborates with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and Engineering teams to structure document and submittal logs with proper reviewers/approvers and due dates.
• Maintains oversight and follows up on past due document and submittal deliverables.
• Produces weekly and monthly information/document management reports.
• Performs other administrative functions as required.

Requirements

• Quality control of own work.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in document control applications.
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Experience in SharePoint, Wrench, Aconex desirable.

Benefits

The pay range for this role is $50,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may vary in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
