About the role
The Program Control Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing various program control activities within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor budget expenditures and report discrepancies to management.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract compliance.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program control or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6.
Skills
- Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Financial analysis and budgeting.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
