Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for setting up, managing and maintaining the document control systems for all historical, incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring that contract requirements are met.
  • Ensuring documents meet standards for production.
  • Subject Matter Expert for the document control systems implemented.
  • Assuring project participants are trained in practical application of systems.
  • General administrative responsibilities within the document control function including data entry, providing training of new users, and maintaining internal process documentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Document Control experience with nuclear, engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs, etc.)
  • Must be willing to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
  • Proven experience with Aconex, SharePoint, industry standard EDMS and MS Office.
  • Willing to travel within the US 25% of time.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
