Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for setting up, managing and maintaining the document control systems for all historical, incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring that contract requirements are met.
- Ensuring documents meet standards for production.
- Subject Matter Expert for the document control systems implemented.
- Assuring project participants are trained in practical application of systems.
- General administrative responsibilities within the document control function including data entry, providing training of new users, and maintaining internal process documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Document Control experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs, etc.).
- Willing to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
- Proven experience with Aconex, SharePoint, industry standard EDMS and MS Office.
- Willing to travel within the US 25% of time.

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.
