About the Role
The Document Control Analyst II supports the OTSG/ MEDCOM DES contract in San Antonio, TX. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring newly assigned CSP are oriented on all MEBTO processes.
- Utilizing MEDCHART to validate and track Army Reserve and National Guard MEBs.
- Forwarding MEB packages to the appropriate MTF or MEBROC.
- Liaising with ARMMC, state and territory Army units, and MTFs regarding non-compliant MEB cases.
- Updating weekly slide decks for tracking process progression issues.
- Reviewing Army Reserve National Guard (ARNG) and United States Army Reserves (USAR) component STR for completeness and compliance.
- Regulating cases within 72 hours of receipt, resolving quality issues as necessary.
- Extracting and consolidating data from VTA for MTF compliance monitoring.
- Maintaining daily oversight of regulated cases and identifying missing MEB Prep documentation.
- Coordinating with MTFs to upload missing documents from iPERMS and HRR.
- Managing daily tasks and assigning MEB Prep cases to relevant soldiers.
- Selecting MEB locations and assisting with MEBTO PM audits.
- Aiding in the preparation and publication of MEBTO case logs.
- Providing tier 1 support for MEB Prep system access and addressing user queries.
- Conducting quality assurance validations and supporting MEBTO PM updates.
- Assisting with MEDCOM Resource management and Soldier Transition Branch tasks.
- Participating in Reserve Component (RC) IDES Town Hall meetings and preparing minutes.
- Supporting various initiatives and changes in process timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant experience is required
- Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education for a highly qualified candidate
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain favorable National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) results
- US Citizenship is a requirement for admission to this location
