Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and monitor critical litigation dates and deadlines in CompuLaw, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state rules.
- Research applicable court rules and answer procedural questions from attorneys and staff.
- Review and process incoming case-related notices and correspondence.
- Generate clear, accurate docket reports and perform quality control checks on all entries.
- Complete special projects assigned by the Docket Administrator and Senior Manager of Practice Support Services.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures, especially in litigation practice areas.
- Understanding of federal and state court rules.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across all levels of the Firm.
- Willingness to work overtime or travel if needed.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Experience with CompuLaw or similar rules-based calendaring systems required.
- Minimum of (3) three years of docketing, administrative, or paralegal experience in a law firm setting.

Compensation
- Starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis with consideration to prior experience and additional qualifications.
- This is in addition to a comprehensive benefit package offered by the Firm.
