Dock Lead

About the role

Supports the Dock and General Managers in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the dock and salvage workforce to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures alignment and consistency of all aspects of dock and salvage operations to include SOPs, Reference Guides, and other relevant policies.
• Provides direction, job training, development, and support of dock and salvage team members concerning the proper and safe handling of goods.
• Leads efforts to increase revenues for GWH mission services funding through effective dock and salvage operations.
