Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate loading of catering vehicles while ensuring timely kitchen departure. Coordinate, instruct, and train staff to ensure timely staging of flights to the respectively assigned loading docks. Utilize assigned IT hardware/software (i.e. O2P) to monitor and facilitate the above. Do final check with dispatch on accuracy of performed staging. Ensure quality control is carried out and flights are complete. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
