Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate loading of catering vehicles while ensuring timely kitchen departure.
• Coordinate, instruct, and train staff to ensure timely staging of flights to the respectively assigned loading docks.
• Utilize assigned IT hardware/software (i.e. O2P) to monitor and facilitate the above.
• Do final check with dispatch on accuracy of performed staging.
• Ensure quality control is carried out and flights are complete.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

High school diploma preferred. Valid driving license is a plus.
