Leadership Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and assistance to the division employees, including technical direction and work-related advice, with an emphasis on customer service, client retention, and growth.
- Mets with employees individually, and on a regular basis, to disseminate information and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Implements and maintains personnel policies in accordance with corporate manual and guidelines.
- Recruits, selects, trains, and manages the performance of division employees.
- Supports the division with initiatives and general operations.
- Gains and maintains a complete understanding of all resources available from Sentry.
Divisional Oversight
- Set the strategic direction of the division and monitor progress and growth.
- Responsible for the achievement of annual sales and contribution goals as well as achieving the established ratio level of income to expenses.
- Analyzes the local market and competition to identify external threats and opportunities and adapt to strategies for changing conditions.
- Strategizes with SVPs and Sales personnel on large client proposals.
- Maintains an understanding of Sentry’s contractual obligations to its clients.
- Reviews monthly summary reports to identify and improve upon trends.
- Ensures that accounting and administration staff are following policies and procedures.
- Affords assistance with clients' requests as needed.
Board Issues & Resolution / Client Relations & Retention
- Adheres to our Language of Service with all interactions.
- Reviews issues and looks for solutions to obstacles or gaps in service.
- Responds promptly to employee or client needs and steps in to assist with difficult situations.
- Solicits employee and customer feedback to improve service.
- Closely monitors client transitions and provides support.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of previous Community Management Experience.
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Preferred
- CAM license and experience (licensed in states that require).
