Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and direct all divisional operations, including Land, Construction, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Experience, to achieve business plan objectives and financial targets.
- Develop, implement, and execute annual business plans, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor divisional performance against key metrics (e.g., margins, cycle times, customer satisfaction, and return on assets) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee land acquisition strategy, pipeline management, and new project approvals to support sustained growth and competitive positioning.
- Ensure operational excellence across construction and development activities, including schedule adherence, cost control, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with corporate leadership to align divisional strategies with enterprise goals and provide regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in homebuilding, including senior leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple functional areas (e.g., land, construction, sales, finance, purchasing).
- Prior experience leading a division or large-scale operational business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
