Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator

About the role

Precision Walls is seeking a Sales/Estimator for Division 10/12 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the trade, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate project costs and analyze materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Detail-driven with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and orders.
• Computer and technology savvy.
